Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues with in company policy. Hires, trains and supervises team associates for the Front Desk and Kid’s Club departments.Įnsures that bi-weekly payroll is completed approved, and submitted on time.Ĭommunicates with Regional Operations Manager and General Manager on ways to improve the Front Desk and Kid’s Club departments.Ĭommunicate with General Manager and Regional Operations Manager with any/all staffing/club issues that may ariseĬommunicate with General Manager and Regional Operations Manager on all Front Desk and Kid’s Club performance levels. Manage and motivate Front Desk and Kid’s Club attendants to perform all job duties effectively and efficiently while providing unbelievable customer service. Responsible for making gym daily bank deposits on time and follow all cash management procedures. Responsible for control of cash deposits and paperwork. Manages the Pro-shop sales procedures for the facility.Įnsure the Club and Kid’s Club open on time and all employees make all scheduled work shifts. Responsible for the monthly Inventory process to be completed accurately and on time. Properly manage and maintain gym operational budget and employee schedules. These duties are in addition to their regular front desk associates duties.Ĭonduct daily facility walk thrus to ensure the cleanliness of the facilityĮnsure that all maintenance issues are reported, updated upon completion or notes of delays, and communicating unresolved maintenance issue to the Regional Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of gym operations including the Kid’s Club, Front Desk and Housekeeping operations with an emphasis on Unbelievable customer service and overall gym administration.
